Making a purchase on this site is simple. Browse the products available on our store and add any items that you wish to purchase into the basket. After you have your selection, click on 'proceed to checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will then need to pay by credit card or BACS.
We currently accept most major credit and debit card (these are listed below). After filling out any of the details you are asked to on the checkout page you will be taken to our secure payment server, Opayo Pay, where you can enter your payment details without worry.

United Kingdom customers can also pay via PayPal. We hope to increase this globally in the future.
We are happy to accept BACS/Bank Transfer payments. Our online shopping cart facility allows you to purchase either by credit card or BACS/Bank Transfer.
BACS Payments is terminology we use that simply means internet banking transfer. When you use BACS/Bank Transfer as a payment method, we simply ask that you transfer the total amount of your order into our bank account (see account details below). Please use your Protex web order number as a reference.
Please look out for email confirmations following your purchase. This is indication that your order has gone through successfully and is being processed.
If you experience problems making a payment please check you have entered your details correctly. Ensure you pay attention when entering any card details, your name, address and particularly postcode are correct.
