Our large range of medium duty over centre latches are manufactured as non-adjustable, spring-loaded, adjustable and flexible toggle clips.
Medium duty toggle latches are typically used in applications where they need to withstand a sturdy load. The non-adjustable, adjustable and spring-loaded toggle fasteners are manufactured by Protex from mild steel or stainless steel. The mild steel fasteners are supplied in either a natural finish or can be coated with black electrophoretic paint or zinc passivate (blue or yellow) and the stainless steel toggle latches are manufactured using type 304 stainless steel for a natural finish. We also manufacture and stock a wide variety of catchplates and keeper plates to assist with all our medium duty fasteners.

Our medium duty non-adjustable toggle latches have fixed mounting points and cannot be adjusted. These draw latches are the most basic type of toggle latch.
The Protex medium duty adjustable toggle latch range incorporate a screwed spindle to provide a maximum of 10mm adjustment whilst also providing the strength advantages of a non-adjustable fastener. These type of toggle clips allow for tension to be set after fitting.
Our medium duty spring loaded toggle latch range incorporate spring claw latches, torsion spring and compressions springs to provide continuous clamping whilst under vibrating loads. Several of our medium duty spring loaded toggle clips feature locking keys and safety catches.
These medium duty flexible draw latches include both t-handle and over centre latch fastening solutions and are suitable for applications where fasteners require continuous clamping whilst under vibrating loads.
